Holistic Programs for Self-Growth

Rooted Expansion offers holistic integrated healing and exploratory programs designed to meet your level of readiness. Together, we design a tailored package consisting of a team of practitioners and a select few of our 18 modalities such as Coaching, Body Work, Breathwork, Astrology, Sound Healing… Your team creates a container uniquely designed to support you on your path so that you can live a more aligned life. We invite you to begin or continue your journey into SELF by selecting one of our many offerings.

Each Rooted Expansion package is intentionally crafted to guide you on an exploratory journey into SELF based on your intentions, goals, desires, and needs. The offering you choose will determine how many practitioners you work with and in what capacity.

Take a step on your path into Self

This program is perfect if you’re feeling unsure, skeptical or perhaps a little fearful about what it means to walk your path. This is perfect for those who desire a taste before taking a full bite. We will go very slow and check in with all your parts along the way.

Dip Your Toe 1:1

In this package, you are inviting 1 to 2 practitioners to walk with you on your path. You will work with one of our coaches and potentially another practitioner with another modality. You should plan to have 2 sessions per month. Packages can be extended with the same or a different practitioner.

The Path

Duration: 3 Months

Cost: $1,222

Location: Virtual or In Person (Colorado Locations Include Denver, Grand Junction & Nederland)

Taking the Next Step

When you feel ready to take the next step, you will connect with one of our Village Guides. They are here and ready to get to know you. The Village Guide’s role is to match you with the practitioner(s) and modality(s) in the Rooted Expansion community most aligned with your personalized goals. In this call, you will have a conversation about what brings you to Rooted Expansion, and explore the next steps in your healing journey. You will leave the call knowing which practitioner(s) you will explore working with over this 3 month journey. Fit is really important to us, so you will have a complimentary session with the identified coach and if it feels right for both of you, start the journey!

Delve deeper into Self

This program is perfect if you have been walking your path and are ready to cross the next threshold. You feel ready to make a shift, you’ve made shifts before, and you know what is required to change. You are ready to explore the Truth of who you are in a deeper way. There is a willingness and a readiness, you’ve done some personal growth work before and you’re ready to continue.

Invite 2 to 3 practitioners to deepen with you on your path. You will receive integrated holistic support as you will work with one of our coaches and 1 or 2 other practitioners serving through one of our many modalities. You should plan to have 2 to 4 sessions per month. Packages can be extended with the same or a different practitioner.

Duration: 6 Months

I make the journey necessary to complete the cycle coming into a deeper knowing of the Truth of I Am.

Become the Truth of who YOU are

This program is perfect if you are ready for radical change and transformation in alignment with your Soul and in deep connection with Spirit. This path requires tremendous bravery and capacity to reorganize Self after the world you thought you knew no longer makes sense. This process can be chaotic and disruptive AND there is a deep knowing that it is a normal and natural process required for embodied activation of Self. Just as the caterpillar dissolves into goo to become the butterfly. If you choose to walk this path, you have a deep knowing that your life will never be the same.

We Will Meet You Where You Are

While each package leverages a carefully curated set of tools & modalities, the experience ultimately emerges through YOU. You are the canvas, the painter and the painting; the practitioner(s) hold the container for the masterpiece that is you to unfold and are skilled at facilitating the emergence of the artist. The packages are organized in a way that allows you to opt into your level of readiness to do this work (i.e. go into Self). Every package is accessible so long as you feel aligned, ready, and willing to trust in the process and our community of practitioners. We invite you to tune in to your heart, connect with your truest intentions and honor your level of readiness for this work.
