This class taught me practical skills to use at home, and for the rest of my child’s development, including how to observe and engage with my child to better support their natural development and trajectory. My parenting has become less stressful after the gentle reminder that we are not responsible for molding our children, but rather learning them and supporting them along the way. Watching my daughter Dorthy, engage with the other babies and gain confidence in completely tasks on here own, like squirming to a toy or engaging with another child, after less intervention from me, has been one of the highlights of my week each time we meet. Zaure is incredibly knowledgeable aboutMontessori philosophy, and is a welcomed calm presence in mine and my child’s life.
