I received a Reiki healing session from Spencer before a (big life transition/plant medicine journey). He took time with me to listen to where I was at, which helped me to ground and prepare to fully receive the healing work after a busy day. During the session I felt so relaxed and held in care and gentleness. I loved the music that he played and he incorporated sound healing and smoke medicine for clearing – it was magical. Energy Work/Reiki with Spencer
Session Length: 75 Minutes
This form of energy work can be done remotely or in person, and works more specifically with the energetic fields around and within the body. The human body is full of electric currents. They are running through the nervous system and even in the fluids of the body. In this practice we'll focus attention on specific parts of the body and energetic fields to open blocks or stagnant energy and close off or protect vulnerable energetic areas. We'll also explore elemental energy work which aims to bring our bodies into an elemental energetic balance. Reiki is also included in this practice, which focuses on the Chakra system and bringing the Chakras into activation, balance, and flow.
