I received a Reiki healing session from Spencer before a (big life transition/plant medicine journey). He took time with me to listen to where I was at, which helped me to ground and prepare to fully receive the healing work after a busy day. During the session I felt so relaxed and held in care and gentleness. I loved the music that he played and he incorporated sound healing and smoke medicine for clearing – it was magical. At the end he shared what came through the energy work, including some powerful intuitive messages that offered me guidance in my life. I highly recommend Spencer for Reiki and energy support.
CranioSacral with Spencer

CranioSacral is a hands-on practice that blends energy work and body work together. Together, we'll bring the movements of the subtle body into our awareness. We work with the natural rhythms and fluid movements of the body to bring a peaceful healing experience. The human body is full of regenerative stem cells, and with just a little bit of focused awareness and communication with those cells, the body can wake up its natural healing abilities internally. CranioSacral focuses on the energetic and physical state of all of the different systems of the body and brings them into a relaxed and healing state of regeneration. Some specific elements of CranioSacral are supporting the proper flow of Cerebral-Spinal Fluid (or CranioSacral Fluid) through the spine and into the brain, adjusting the sacrum and cranium with subtle movement, fluctuating holding and release, and regeneration of cells within the body.
